# Dexcom: Immer noch keine Daten? Senden Sie diese Screenshots

Wenn Sie die Schritte unter [Keine Daten oder Sanduhr-Symbol](/de/sugarpixel-plus/troubleshooting/dexcom-no-data) durchgeführt haben und weiterhin keine Daten erhalten, kontaktieren Sie den Support und fügen Sie Screenshots von Folgendem bei:

* SugarPixel+: Bildschirm „CGM/Pump Connections“
* Dexcom-App: Kontobildschirm mit dem Login-Bereich und Benutzernamen
* Dexcom-App: Freigabe-Bildschirm (Share)
* Dexcom Follow-App: Hauptbildschirm auf dem Smartphone eines Followers
* Dexcom Clarity-Website (nicht die App) mit derselben Anmeldung wie in SugarPixel+
