# Can I use a different charger or cable?

No. Use only the **cable and USB power brick supplied with your SugarPixel**. Other chargers, USB ports, power strips with USB outlets and power banks can underpower SugarPixel, which can damage the display, speaker or alert devices and isn't covered by the warranty.

**Travelling abroad?** Use a wall outlet plug adapter with the supplied power brick — not a voltage converter or a different charger.
