# Do you offer phone support?

We don't offer phone or video support. We sell SugarPixel to the Type 1 community as close to our cost as possible, and phone support would require additional staff — roughly doubling the price. Instead, our team answers every request in writing.

## How to request support

To submit a support ticket:
