# Brightness

Open your SugarPixel's settings and tap **Brightness**.

## Day and Night Brightness

Set **Day brightness** and **Night brightness** (1–5), then choose when **Night starts** and **Night ends** under **Night hours**. Brightness switches automatically at those times, so check that your [time zone](https://support.customtypeone.com/sugarpixel-mini-classic/prefs.md#time-zone) is correct.

## Night Display Mode Classic

Turn on **Night display mode** to reduce the screen to **1–5 pixels** overnight, color-coded to your ranges. It turns on automatically during your **Night hours**. Long-press the snooze button to show your main display for a moment.
