# MiniMed

> Unofficial — upload CareLink data via xDrip+ or Guardian Monitor

Works with Guardian, Simplera, and Instinct sensors if readings are available in MiniMed CareLink. Data is uploaded to Nightscout or Gluroo and downloaded by SugarPixel Mini/Classic.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Install a CGM reader app">
    * **Android:** Install **xDrip+** from [jamorham.github.io](https://jamorham.github.io/#xdrip-plus) on the same phone as the MiniMed app. Configure using Companion Mode.
    * **iPhone:** Install **Guardian Monitor** (App Store, subscription required). It uploads to Nightscout.

  <Step title="Upload to Nightscout or Gluroo">
    Configure xDrip+ or Guardian Monitor to upload to your Nightscout site, or use the free Gluroo app (Devices → Other tab → Gluroo Global Connect).

  <Step title="Configure SugarPixel Mini/Classic">
    Once real-time readings are confirmed in Nightscout or Gluroo, select the matching option in SugarPixel Mini/Classic and enter the same URL and token.
