# Asked to Pair Every Time

> Your phone asks for the pairing code every time you connect

<Info>
  **Start here:** make sure the SugarPixel app is up to date in the App Store or Play Store, and that your SugarPixel Mini/Classic has the latest firmware installed. See [Firmware Update](/sugarpixel-mini-classic/firmware-update).
</Info>

If you must enter the pairing code every time you connect, SugarPixel Mini/Classic's Bluetooth storage may be full.

1. Connect to SugarPixel Mini/Classic in the app
2. Go to **Menu → Reset → Reset Bluetooth**
3. On your phone, remove the saved SugarPixel Mini/Classic device
4. Pair again from the app using the 6-digit code

If multiple phones have connected before, remove SugarPixel Mini/Classic from Bluetooth settings on each of them.
