# Network Selected but Won’t Connect

> The network is in the list but SugarPixel+ won’t join it

Double-check your password — it's case-sensitive. If that looks correct, try these steps:

1. **Restart your router**<br />Power cycle the router and wait for it to fully come back up.
2. **Delete and re-add the network**<br />If the network was saved during a failed attempt, tap the delete icon next to it and reconnect from scratch.
