# Users, CGMs, and Alerts

<Warning>
  **Don't skip CGM and alert setup.** Adding a user doesn't connect their CGM or turn on their alerts. After you create a user, tap their name under **≡ → Users** to set up their **CGM/Pump** and **User Alerts**. Each user has their own alert options that need to be enabled.

  **Adding More Users** — Tap the on-screen **Add User** button and repeat Steps 1–3 for each additional user.
