Your Wireless Alert Adapter box should contain:
  • Wireless Alert Adapter
  • USB cable
  • USB power brick
If you also ordered a Bed Shaker, it arrives in the same box and includes:
  • Bed shaker
Missing something? Email support@customtypeone.com before continuing.Use the supplied cable and USB power brick only. If your country’s outlet doesn’t match, use a wall outlet plug adapter — not a third-party charger.
Important: Incorrect setup can prevent alarms, damage the device, create a fire risk, and void the warranty.
