🎉 Your SugarPixel+ is all set.
Explore the settings below — you'll find the Snoozer for silencing alerts, Accessibility options like color correction for color vision differences, and other device settings.
Let's set your device preferences.
Device Name — Give your SugarPixel+ a name. The "SugarPixel-" prefix is fixed; you edit the suffix. This name also appears when pairing Bluetooth devices and helps identify your device if you ever contact support.
Units — Set glucose display units to mg/dL or mmol/L. This applies to all users.
Time Zone — Select your local time zone. This is important for the clock, Quiet Hours, and alert timing to work correctly. SugarPixel+ detects your time zone automatically, but you can change it here at any time.
12/24-Hour Display — Choose your preferred clock format.
Snoozer
Temporarily silence alerts for one or more users
The Snoozer lets you silence alerts for a set period of time — useful when leaving home or changing your routine. Open it from the main menu (≡) at any time:
- Select the user(s) you want to snooze
- Choose how long to snooze — pick a specific date and time, or tap a preset: 15 min, 30 min, 1 hr, 2 hr, 6 hr, or 12 hr
- Tap Low, High, No Data, or All to apply
Any user with an active snooze shows a Clear All Snoozes button under their name so you can cancel it at any time.

Accessibility
Spoken glucose and color correction — in General Settings
Found in General Settings.
Spoken Glucose — Available after first software update. When enabled, tap the screen or press the physical snooze button at any time to speak the current glucose value and trend aloud.
Color Correction — Adjusts the display colors to account for color vision differences. If the standard red/green/yellow glucose color coding is difficult to distinguish, enabling this shifts the colors to a more distinguishable palette.

Software Updates — You will receive a notification when new software is ready to install. Please install updates when prompted.
Clear SugarPixel Settings — Removes all users, settings, and connected CGM accounts from your SugarPixel+.
Only use this if instructed to by SugarPixel support. It is not the solution for old or missing glucose data, CGM login errors, or WiFi issues.
