SugarPixel+ can follow one to four CGM users simultaneously. Each user has their own name, profile photo, CGM connection, alert settings, display theme, and independent snooze state. To manage users, go to ≡ → Users.

Adding a User

  1. Tap Add User
  2. Enter a name — this appears on the display. Can be a first name, full name, initials, or nickname.
  3. Optionally, tap the camera button to add a profile photo — helpful when following multiple users.
  4. Tap Save User
  5. Tap CGM/Pump to connect their CGM data source. See CGM & Pumps for setup instructions.
  6. Tap User Alerts to set up their Low, High, and No Data alerts. See User Alerts for details.
The display layout adjusts automatically as you add users, fitting everyone on screen at once.

Editing or Removing a User

To edit a user:
  1. Go to ≡ → Users → [User Name] → User Settings
  2. Update the name or photo as needed
  3. Tap Save
To remove a user:
  1. Go to ≡ → Users → [User Name] → User Settings
  2. Tap Delete User
  3. Confirm when prompted
Deleting a user removes their CGM connection, alerts, and display settings. This cannot be undone.
