Only perform a factory reset when instructed by support. Doing so on your own makes troubleshooting harder and takes longer to resolve issues.
1
Open Reset
Open your SugarPixel’s settings, tap System, then Reset.
2
Choose the reset
- Reset Bluetooth — clears the Bluetooth pairing only and keeps WiFi, CGM and alert settings. Use it when support asks, for example if you’re asked to pair every time.
- Factory reset — returns SugarPixel Mini/Classic to how it shipped. It has to be set up again from the beginning.
3
Forget it in Bluetooth
Your phone still holds the old pairing. Open your phone’s Settings → Bluetooth, tap ⓘ next to the SugarPixel (the app shows its exact name), then Forget This Device. Tap Done in the app.
4
Pair again
- After a factory reset, the app removes the SugarPixel from the home screen. Tap Add SugarPixel to add it and set it up again — see Install & Add a SugarPixel.
- After a Bluetooth reset, tap it on the home screen and enter the pairing code when your phone asks.
