Start here: make sure the SugarPixel app is up to date in the App Store or Play Store, and that your SugarPixel Mini/Classic has the latest firmware installed. See Firmware Update.
If you must enter the pairing code every time you connect, SugarPixel Mini/Classic’s Bluetooth storage may be full.
  1. Connect to SugarPixel Mini/Classic in the app
  2. Go to Menu → Reset → Reset Bluetooth
  3. On your phone, remove the saved SugarPixel Mini/Classic device
  4. Pair again from the app using the 6-digit code
If multiple phones have connected before, remove SugarPixel Mini/Classic from Bluetooth settings on each of them.
