Android only. Install xDrip+ on the same phone running CamAPS to upload CGM data to Nightscout or Gluroo. Works with Dexcom and Libre sensors.

Install and configure xDrip+

Install from jamorham.github.io (not in Play Store — requires allowing unknown sources). Configure using CamAPS + xDrip+ community instructions. Confirm readings appear in xDrip+ before continuing.

Configure upload

In xDrip+: Cloud Upload → Nightscout Sync → Base URL, enter: https://YourToken@YourUrl/api/v1. If you don’t have a Nightscout site, use the free Gluroo app — go to Devices → Other tab → copy Gluroo Global Connect details and use those as the upload URL.Enter the same URL and token in SugarPixel Mini/Classic’s CGM setup under Nightscout or Gluroo.
