Work through all three credential approaches in School / University / Work on the WiFi page. If those don’t connect, try device registration:

Device Registration

Many schools and universities allow IoT and smart-home devices to connect by registering the device’s MAC address — sometimes called “device registration” or “non-standard device access.”
  1. Find your MAC address
Go to ≡ → General Settings → System (also shown at the bottom of ≡ → General Settings → WiFi) and note the MAC address shown.
  2. Register the device
Search for “[school name] register device WiFi” to find your institution’s registration page. Register SugarPixel+ using the MAC address. Some schools issue a personal WiFi password after registration.
  3. Connect
Select the registered network from SugarPixel+‘s WiFi list and enter the password if one was provided, or connect without a password if none is required.
If your institution requires a custom security certificate, SugarPixel+ cannot install it. See Firewall Reference for details to share with your IT department.
If the network still won’t work, a personal mobile hotspot is a reliable fallback.
