Check the No Data alert
The No Data alert fires when no new reading arrives within the time you set, even if glucose is in range. CGM readings sometimes arrive a few minutes late, so a short No Data time can alert when only a few readings are missed or delayed. In the app, open Alert Settings and check the No Data time. 30 minutes works well for most people.
2
Snooze it, then check which alert it was
Next time it alerts, press the button to snooze it, then open Remote Snooze in the app. The active snooze shows which alert fired — Low, High or No Data.
3
Check alert settings
In the app, open Alert Settings and confirm the Low and High thresholds are what you intended.Display colors use their own ranges in Display Options, so the color on screen doesn’t tell you whether a reading has reached an alert threshold.
