After tapping Install in the app, SugarPixel Mini/Classic should display “UPDATE” within a few seconds and take several minutes to complete. If:
  • “UPDATE” does not appear, or
  • SugarPixel Mini/Classic restarts quickly without installing the new version, or
  • UPDATE displays for more than 10 minutes
…the update download likely failed due to a WiFi or internet issue. To retry:
  1. Reboot your phone
  2. Unplug SugarPixel Mini/Classic and plug it back in
  3. Temporarily disable WiFi on your phone
  4. Open the app and start the update again
Mini If the WiFi update still won’t complete, use the Bluetooth updater instead.
