Unplug everything
Unplug both ends of the cable, the vibration puck, and the power adapter from the wall.

Reconnect the puck (Classic)
Classic Plug in the vibration puck.

Connect the cable to SugarPixel Mini/Classic
Plug the power cable into SugarPixel Mini/Classic.

Connect the cable to the adapter
Plug the other end of the cable into the wall adapter (but not into the wall yet).

Hold the snooze button and plug in
Hold down the snooze button, then plug the adapter into the wall.

Release when “Testing” appears
The screen will show “Testing” — release the button. The test cycles through the display colors and speaker. Classic Also tests the vibration puck.
