Check Quiet Hours

SugarPixel Mini/Classic doesn’t alert during Quiet Hours. In the app, open Time Settings → Quiet Hours and make sure the hours when you want alerts are green. Red means alerts are off.Quiet Hours follow your Time Zone, so check that it’s correct too. See Time Settings.
2

Check alert settings

In the app, open Alert Settings and confirm Low, High and No Data are enabled with the thresholds you want, and that audio and vibration are set the way you expect. With Ascending Alerts on, the first minute is vibration only. You won’t hear anything at first unless a vibration puck Classic or Wireless Alert Adapter Mini is connected. See Alert Settings.
3

Check for existing snoozes

An alert doesn’t sound while it’s snoozed. In the app, open Remote Snooze to see all active snoozes, then tap Clear All Snoozes to remove them. See Remote Snooze.
4

Test your alerts

Use the Test button on each alert in Alert Settings. Tests respect Quiet Hours and active snoozes, so do this after the steps above.
